User Agreement
Effective date: January 29, 2020
1. Scope of Application
These Terms set out how yourfuturehotel.com delivers services and runs events. By using our services you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Booking Procedure
Event bookings work as follows:
- Bookings are made by phone or email
- Confirmation follows once we receive a deposit of 30% of the package price
- We recommend booking at least 14 days before the event to secure availability
- The balance is due at least 3 days before the event
3. Cancellations and Schedule Adjustments
Our cancellation and change policy is as follows:
- Cancel more than 14 days before the event and your deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancel between 7 and 14 days before and you receive 50% of the deposit back.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Date changes may be possible by agreement with yourfuturehotel.com, subject to availability.
4. Event Participation Guidelines
All guests must follow these rules at events:
- All games and activities are for entertainment only.
- No real money is used; tokens have no cash value.
- Decisions by event staff or dealers are final.
- Everyone must treat staff and other guests with respect.
- yourfuturehotel.com may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yourfuturehotel.com is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal items not under our direct care
- Consequences of improper or disruptive behaviour by guests
- Delays, disruption, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure
6. Personal Data Handling
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR. For how we use data and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by yourfuturehotel.com or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without permission.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
yourfuturehotel.com may change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply as soon as they are published on the site.
Anything not covered here is governed by applicable law.
